- Assist with hiring and training Lift Operation staff in safety and Lift operation procedures
- Monitor lift operations with regard to operation, training, standards and guest services
- Document guest and employee incidents
- Provide and supervise uphill transportation while monitoring radio traffic
- Assist with set up and tear down of daily lift operation along with resort special events
- Other duties as assigned by management
