Receiving Lift Operator Salary starts at $18.50 per hour, more with experience. Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm - Completion Get Paid Daily. Team members now have the flexibility to Draw Pay between pay cycles. Job Requirements
RECEIVING LIFT OPERATOR SPECIFIC DUTIES: - Responsible for daily inspection, and safe operation of lift.
- Lifts and moves merchandise between staging areas and warehouse racks.
- Makes sure that all merchandise is tagged correctly.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and clear work environment, free from trip hazards.
- May perform inventory reconciliation counting.
- May debox/unwrap furniture and inspect for defects and damages.
- May prepare furniture for home delivery.
- Must observe all safety policies and regulations.
- May perform building maintenance functions.
- - Receive and inspect incoming shipments- Unload and load materials using various equipment such as a cherry picker or clamp truck- Operate warehouse management system to track inventory and update records- Ensure accuracy of shipments by verifying quantities and quality of items received- Organize and store received materials in designated areas- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow in the receiving department- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines when handling materials and operating equipment.
- - Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse environment preferred
- - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- - Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as a cherry picker or clamp truck
- - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying shipments
- - Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly receiving area
