- Operate on a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling
- Use RF scanners to accurately pick and verify inventory items for order fulfillment
- Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips to ensure accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, and report any malfunctions or safety issues
- Safely place inventory into racking locations using RF scanners, maintaining organization and accuracy
- Identify and process items on various paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
- Follow SOPs to ensure inventory quality and stay updated on procedure changes
- Perform routine checks to identify and address quality issues
- Meet productivity targets while managing resources effectively
- Document and report inventory discrepancies using the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process and ensure accurate documentation

The Ideal Person
- 2+ years of experience operating forklift equipment, specifically an order picker
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day, and lift up to 225 lbs with assistance
- Continuously walk, stand, stoop, bend, push, and reach in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed
