SIGN-ON BONUS - The Line Cleaning and Inspection Crew Member hired on or after February 1, 2022, are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus to be paid in two increments. Employee will receive $500 after successful completion of New Employee Orientation. The employee must be employed when the incentive is paid, and it will be paid on the first pay date following the pay period in which it was earned. Employee will receive $500 after successful completion of their first six months of employment. Employee must be employed when bonus is paid, and it will be paid on the first pay date following the pay period in which it was earned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and a Class B CDL with air brake and tanker endorsement; and an acceptable driving record are required.
Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency.
Preferred Job Requirements:
One year of experience with light, medium, or heavy-duty equipment is preferred.
