If you are you an experienced cook looking to use your skills in a friendly, high volume, fast paced restaurant atmosphere, we have the perfect position for you! Pay dependent on experience. This Cook position will work 1st shift and will enjoy the opportunity to operate the hot and/or cold lines to prepare breakfast and prep lunch, as well as banquet event foods. Candidates MUST be passionate about food and have experience that represents their talent to hold to the highest food safety standards in a high-volume atmosphere. Our F&B team is fantastic and so candidates must be willing to work together and help us fulfill our shared goal of exceeding the expectations of every guest. Experience cooking eggs is required (scrambled, fried, poached, etc.).Must have the ability to saut, fry, broil and grill. Experience with batch cooking in large volumes for groups a plus. Availability must include occasional evenings, weekends & holidays. Starting rate offered will be based on knowledge, skills & abilities you bring to the team.
