Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI'S team is looking for passionate, dedicated **LINE COOKS** who are eager to learn join them at LOCANDA VERDE, our neighborhood taverna serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's soul-satisfying urban Italian menu located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich.

Our bustling corner restaurant has been welcoming New Yorkers morning, noon and night with a warm and comfortable atmosphere, leisurely Italian spirit and heartfelt cooking.

This opportunity has tremendous growth potential within our growing hospitality family.

**Ideal Candidates:**

*Have excellent knife skills.

*Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.

*Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.

*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.

*Prepare and execute key components of dishes.

*Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.

*Support their fellow cooks.
