What you will be doing? We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate cook to join our team. You will run the back-of-house. You will assist the daily operations of the kitchen, help oversee the kitchen to ensure that the highest quality of cuisine is served to our client's and ensure that all food and labor cost goals are met. What tasks are required?
  • Responsible for assisting in weekly menu development and food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas as assigned by the Executive Chef
  • Assisting in the inventory of all food service items and supplies as directed.
  • Responsible for orderly storage and cleanliness of all areas and items within the kitchen, dining room and other food storage, meal service and disposal areas.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of safe food handling and preparation in enhancing the quality of life of our patients.
What we need from you?
  • Job Type: Flexible schedule, 3.5 days a week full time.
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years of casual dining experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current ServeSafe Certification and/or willingness to obtain within for 90 days of employment.
