Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Line Cook at Rosanna's Italian Kitchen located in Albany, NY. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and plating food according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards. You will also collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food orders.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Food safety and sanitation certification is preferred
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
