Position Summary: Each line cook's primary objective is to show our guests such an exceptional dining experience they will want to return again and again. Skills and Abilities:
- Organize and prioritize preparation of food items
- Prepare food according to standardized recipes
- Ensure proper size and weight of food
- Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment
Attributes:
- Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
- Promote and participate in a STRONG TEAM EFFORT
- Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees
Education/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid California Food Handler Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
