This position is based at City Island Pizza Co on City Island.THE JOBBama is seeking an Line cook to work in our upscale Italian restaurant.Your responsibilities as cook would include the following:
- Expedite the line during service when necessary
- Oversee and inspire our kitchen team
- Food quality control
- Food safety / be aware of all ingredients for guest allergies
- Create specials to run on a regular basis and describe to FOH team
- Ensure that kitchen is kept clean and maintained at all times
