We are now hiring for a full-time PM Line CookLocation: Kinjo; 11 Adams St, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Note: online applications accepted only.Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 4pm - 11amPrerequisite: 1 years of experience in a fine dining or high volume restaurant is preferred, ambitious and willing to learn and grow.Kinjo:Brand new NYC restaurant seeks highly motivated and experienced linecooks to join a one of a kind project creating an Asian American based tasting menu revolving around nigiri and the asian american experience.Kinjo will be a unique high-profile, destination restaurant curating an intimate experience for its community and visitors to enjoy. Kinjo means neighborhood in Japanese, and in a sense, will try and connect Dumbo as our first neighborhood location.
