We are looking to hire 2-3 full-time line cooks for our fast casual restaurant in the Mira Mesa/Sorrento Valley area. Daily duties will include, but not limited to setting up food items and restocking needed supplies, preparing menu items and sauces, cooking food by grilling, searing, sauteing, deep frying, and other cooking methods as specifed by recipes. Maintaining a clean work area that is in compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements. Keeping track of inventory and completing logs as necessary. Pay will be discussed with applicants and based on experience, starting at $20/hour + tips. Must have at least 1 year of professional cooking experience.
