Location: Kinjo; 11 Adams St, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Note: online applications accepted only.Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday: 4pm - 12pm. Prerequisite: Experience in a fine dining or high volume restaurant is preferred, but not required. We are seeking dependable cooks that are looking to learn and grow.Kinjo:Kinjo is a brand new destination restaurant located in DUMBO, Brooklyn. We will curate an intimate experience for its community and visitors to enjoy. Kinjo means neighborhood in Japanese, and in a sense, will try and connect Dumbo as our first neighborhood location.
