Huda is seeking a line cook! Must be available for Wednesday to Sunday dinner service. This is a full-time position. The right candidate will be comfortable or interested in learning every station on the line. Attention to detail, reliability, accuracy, a desire to learn and a team mentality are highly prized qualities. You should have an interest in learning classic cooking techniques, working with seasonal and artisinal ingredients and have the desire to bring detail and care to your work.We are an upscale Lebanese-Syrian bistro on a cozy corner of Williamsburg near the Lorimer-Metropolitan L & G station. We offer a seasonal menu based on home cooking, using the best ingredients possible, gathered through relationships with like-minded producers of meat, fish and produce. Our tight-knit kitchen allows an opportunity for one to work closely with our owner, executive chef & chef de cuisine to execute a menu in an inspired setting with familiar service.Reviewed by New York Magazine, Conde Naste, Eater, Brooklyn Magazine and The Infatuation among others.$20 - $24 starting hourly.
