This will be a brigade-style kitchen with a clearly outlined hierarchy and honest communication. Members of the opening team will have the opportunity to help define the language, systems and culture of a new restaurant. As this is a restaurant opening, flexibility in schedule will be required with strong growth and financial opportunities being offered to candidates who are pivotal to our success. The job will be full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, working nights with an average of 40-45 hours per week. Team members can be expected to start on November 5th.
