Line CookWe are looking to add a Line Cook to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our clubs mission.Essential Functions:
- Prepares and serves food in proper quantities according to the planned menu.
- Prepares, stores, and disposes of food using proper food handling, labeling, and safety techniques according to established policies and procedures.
- Insures that food is served in an attractive, appetizing manner. Uses proper tasting technique to insure quality taste and palatability prior to service.
- Maintains the proper temperature of food during preparation and service.
- Maintains food service equipment and work spaces in a clean and safe condition at all times according to facility policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
- Able to stand 8 to 10 hours per shift
- Able to bend. Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to withstand high level of physical motion and repetition in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
