Job Description: As a Line Cook at Bistro at the Legacy 19, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to our recipes and standards. Your role will involve cooking and assembling dishes, ensuring they are presented attractively and appetizingly. Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, you must work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assemble and present dishes in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- Work quickly and efficiently to keep up with the demands of a busy kitchen.
- Maintain a good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are prepared and served promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring and restocking supplies.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager.

- Previous experience as a line cooks or in a similar role.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
