Line Cook (Rebels)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::Culinary ExcellenceExecute menu items accurately and efficiently, adhering to standardized recipes and plating specificationsMaintain consistently high food quality, taste, and presentation standardsDemonstrate creativity in food preparation, contributing ideas for menu development and specialsKitchen OperationsManage your station effectively during service periods, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishesCollaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflows and expedite ordersAssist with inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of food itemsCommunicate clearly with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfactionHealth and Safety ComplianceAdhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standardsMaintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and storage areasComply with all relevant health department regulations and company food safety policiesProfessional DevelopmentParticipate in ongoing culinary training to enhance skills and knowledgeAssist in mentoring and training new kitchen team membersStay informed about culinary trends and techniques relevant to our menu offeringsQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environmentProficiency in various cooking methods, knife skills, and kitchen equipment operationStrong understanding of food and flavor profilesAbility to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standardsExcellent teamwork and communication skillsCulinary school training is a plusPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a hot kitchen environmentCapable of lifting and carrying up to 50 poundsDexterity to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyWORK SCHEDULE:Full-Time and Part-Time positions are availableVarying shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night serviceWeekend and holiday availability requiredWAGES: From $19 per hourPhysical Requirements:Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.A list of physical demands, equipment, and work environment demands can be reviewed in Human Resources.
