Line Inspector - 1st Shift

Know and comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI). Review and recommend SOP(s) and Work Instructions (WI) as required. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment to established 6 S Standards. Practice safe lifting and carrying in accordance to EH&S guidelines. Follow lockout and tagout work practices. Keep all equipment (machines, tools, workstations and storage units) organized and in good condition. Monitor and track the quality and position of the PVC through the feeder box and across the inspection area (Web). Monitor the fill and quality of product at the web area. Complete Batch Record documentation in accordance with the appropriate procedures. Perform SAP duties with an RF (radio frequency) device, or computer:Enter items received into a process order. Ability to receive 2nd request. Ability to enter finished goods. Perform return to stock functions.
