Our client is seeking a Line Lead/Supervisor to join their team. As a Line Lead, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the forklift operating team. The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, prior experience in a leadership role in logistics and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Line Lead/Supervisor**
**Location: Mt Vernon, IN**
**Pay Range: $23-28/hr**
**Shift: 2p-10pm, M-Friday**
**What's the Job?**
+ Training of new associates
+ Scheduling of personell
+ Maintain legible and accurate records and logs
+ Monitor performance of associates
+ Open and/or close building as directed
**What's Needed?**
+ Prior Line Lead or Supervisor Experience in a Warehouse setting
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Excellent verbal and written communication
+ Stand up forklift experience preferred
+ An updated, accurate resume
