Newrest is looking for a
Line Operator Supervisor to join its teams specializing in airline catering at its Houston site. Equipped with a meal tray production line, you will configure and control this automated production line in order to manufacture food products in compliance with Newrest manufacturing rules, quality, and hygiene of the brand.
Requirements:Supervise and organize robotized line team activities according to the production plan.
- Establish monthly theoretical planning, adapt weekly and monthly based on customer requirements
- Organize the production line according to the production plan: Prepare materials, boxes, and food items.
- Order materials, equipment, food items based on flights schedule and needs generated on the system.
- Prepare and adjust the production equipment according to the requested production.
- Perform the start-up checklist before each production shift (machine start, cleaning, tooling change-over).
- Maintain expected productivity level of the robotized line, anticipating and limiting downtimes.
- Train and integrate new employees.
- Monitor the production line through the line dashboard : Production order launch, parameters configuration, failures management.
- Carry out the launch of the manufacture of the products by carrying out the required tests (if necessary), and control the quality of the manufacture.
- Ensure the change of production series and fill in the manufacturing files.
- Control traceability documents and ensure proper filling.
- Report on the results and technical events observed during your activity
- Escalate machine hazards to maintenance team and respect the SLA procedure
- Maintain the installation in good working order and cleanliness
- Engage in ongoing improvement efforts by up keeping and monitoring the existing equipment: Kitchen Equipment and industrial equipment.
- Take part in the improvement of maintenance procedures, and installations of equipment (test & feedback).
- Strictly follow the cleaning procedure of the robot line.
- Check the conformity of services (datasheets / products / weights) and correct if any deviation.
- Ensure the team follows General Manufacturing Procedures (GMP).
