**Duties:**
- Overseeing the efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Developing staff skills through monitoring, coaching, and training
- Ensuring production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved
- Building and leading a cohesive team to meet departmental and company goals
- Following and enforcing company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of food manufacturing experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift/carry 25lbs daily & stand for extended periods and operate electrical & manual pallet jacks/forklifts.
- Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred
