Metrea Executive Aviation (MXA) has established itself as a versatile force in the business aviation industry, offering an array of specialized services. Position Summary
This role entails serving as a Line Service Technician at Fixed Base Operations (FBO) front desk and lobby. Your primary responsibility is fueling, towing and the service of general aviation, military, business and commercial aircraft, with a high priority for safety and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for ensuring total customer support throughout the organization. This dynamic position requires an outgoing and proactive approach to engaging customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction. Role and Responsibilities
* Marshal aircraft
* Create and maintain a welcoming and customer service-oriented environment
* Present professional image of self and company
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients and crew members to maximize client satisfaction with the goal of capturing repeat business
* Up sell company's additional services (MRO, catering, etc.)
* Process customer purchase and fuel transactions daily
* Responsible for oversight trip details including but not limited to passenger catering, transportation, lodging and other needs
* Manage communication lines, multiple phone systems and a two-way radio.
* Fuel and move aircraft (after proper training)
* Provide amenities for customers (coffee, ice, newspaper, etc.)
* Organize and clean for facility as necessary on a daily basis
* Provide ground support equipment
* Assist with baggage and escort passengers to other facilities
* Maintain facility and equipment
* Complete the Safety-First training - N.A.T.A. (National Air and Transportation Association).
Skills and Experience
* Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to achieve complete customer satisfaction
* Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management
* Basic math skills, fuel calculations & quantity conversions
* Must be a team player

* Education: High School Diploma or GED
* Computer Skills: Basic Computer Proficiency
* Experience: 1 of general aviation background
* Current, Valid Driver's License
* NATA Safety Certification within 90 days

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with shift work. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
