Job Summary
The Cirrus Aircraft Line Service Technician ensures every guest receives excellent service by providing a safe, clean, welcoming and comfortable aviation experience. He or she participates in fueling and servicing aircraft, along with accommodating other guests needs while adhering to the Cirrus Service Culture Handbook. Secondary duties include assisting Flight Operations with fleet administrative duties, including aircraft tracking, scheduling and maintenance tracking, inventory tracking and supply ordering.
**This position will have a schedule of Tuesday-Friday 8am-6:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
+ Provide the highest level of safety and service possible in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
+ Marshall incoming aircraft and provide a warm welcome to guests.
+ Assist guests with luggage, provide refreshments, and record guests needs in a professional manner.
+ Park and secure aircraft as appropriate after guests needs have been met.
+ Oversee every aspect of aircraft readiness for guests and Flight Operations personnel. Detail aircraft, service fluids, oxygen, and tires. Update aircraft databases and provide assistance with flight data subscriptions. Ensure aircraft are climate-controlled and provide departure amenities for guests in a timely manner.
+ Monitor and amend SR2X and SF50 ferry departure schedule as required to maintain efficient flight operation schedule.
+ Adjust pilot schedules as needed to accommodate variety of flight operations requests.
+ Operate, maintain, and detail fuel trucks, aircraft tugs, and company vehicles.
+ Maintain fueling and customer records in CRM software.
+ Assist with aircraft delivery preparation.
+ Organize and maintain Line and Flight Operations equipment inventory.
+ Assist with general cleaning of Cirrus facilities.
+ Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
High school or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills required. A good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook is required. Applicant must be able to work as part of a team, as well as individually. Weekend work will be required. Applicant must possess a valid drivers license.
