Systems EngineerOverview: We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, implementation, and management of technology solutions. This role involves working with a variety of IT infrastructure technologies and collaborating with a team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Research and analyze technology solutions, consulting with vendors and applying best practices.Design and implement technical solutions based on system analysis and user requirements.Validate, test, and deploy new products and services.Address incidents escalated from operational teams and handle performance tuning requests.Create and maintain documentation for services and solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.Communicate technical issues effectively, both orally and in writing.Required Skills:Proficiency in key technologies such as Linux, Windows Server, virtualization platforms, backup architectures, and storage clusters.Strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.Excellent problem-solving abilities and judgment.Ability to work independently with high accuracy and adjust to changing priorities.Experience in enterprise environments and familiarity with systems analysis and functional specifications.Education:Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience preferred.If you have a broad range of technical skills and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply!
