**Duties and Responsibilities:**
The day-to-day duties of the **Liquid Painter** may vary, dependent on workload. Position could lead to on-the-job training for other positions in our shop. The **Liquid Painter** can safely and efficiently mask, setup equipment and apply liquid paint to industrial products per specification. **We will train the right person!**
**General Requirements:**
* Assist in the setup, operation and tending of machines used to coat and paint a wide variety of metal products.
* Must take pride in work
* Painter positions require strong attention to detail, and the ability to visually and physically inspect all parts entering and exiting paint system to ensure parts meet our stringent quality standards
* Be able to read and comprehend written work instructions and follow established process to achieve consistently repeatable results
* Maintain good housekeeping, clean booth between color changes, clean equipment regularly, and assist with other duties as assigned
* Cross-train supporting other function as needed
* Working with team members to ensure customers deadlines are met
* Good attitude, strong work ethic, and stable work history a must
