Job DescriptionCTR Group is seeking NDT INSPECTORS LEVEL II for a Shipyard in the Newport News, VA area. Experienced in industrial environments: power plants, manufacturing or shipyard.Must have PT, MT, UT or RT Certifications. Pay Rates for all Positions: $46 per Hour plus Per Diem for non-local candidates!Radiography Testing Inspector:Must have documented qualification/certification to Level IIMust have passed and documentation/certification of IRRSP from an approved sourceInspector must have passed written General Theory, practical exam for RT inspection for Piping, Casting, or Structural WeldsUltrasonic Testing Inspector:Must have documented qualification/certification to Level IILevel 11 UT shall be previously certified to perform Volumetric Butt, Corner and TEE weld UT InspectionPassed written General Theory, procedure specific, practical exam for UTLiquid Penetrant/Magnetic Particles/Visual Inspector IIPT II, VTII Must have documents/qualification/certification for Level IIMT II Must have document/qualification/certification for Level IICTR Group has been a leader in its industry for over 30 years and is rated highly on Google, Indeed and Facebook for being a great company to work for.
