Listing Coordinator
Elysian Homes is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Listing Coordinator to manage our listings and ensure exceptional client care. This role is integral to our full-service model, supporting our real estate agents and delivering a top-tier experience to our clients. As part of a dedicated team of support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our agents while fostering a culture of going above and beyond in every interaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a key support to our real estate agents, facilitating the listing process from start to finish with a focus on client satisfaction
· Collaborate with a team of support staff to ensure seamless operations and the success of our real estate agents
· Meet with clients to review contracts and obtain necessary signatures, providing a smooth and welcoming experience
· Conduct thorough market analysis to accurately position properties in the market, enhancing our reputation for excellence
· Craft compelling and precise property descriptions that highlight the unique features of each listing
· Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients, guiding them through each stage of the listing process with attentiveness and care
· Manage and organize up to 30 properties in various stages of the listing process, ensuring an efficient workflow
· Schedule and attend appointments, including property visits and client meetings, embodying our commitment to exceptional service
· Utilize MLS and e-signature tools like DocuSign effectively to support a streamlined listing process
· Exceed client expectations at every touchpoint, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
· Foster a supportive and positive work environment by extending the same level of care and consideration to coworkers, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team
Qualifications:
· Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain during training)
· Bachelor's degree required
· Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
· Experience in sales and real estate is a plus
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously
· Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse group of clients and professionals
· Software skills including CRM Management, Docusign or similar program, Microsoft office, etc.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the success of the entire support staff and agents
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation as employee will need to use own vehicle to travel to appointments.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
· Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle usage

Schedule:
· Full-time, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
· 8-hour shifts
Work Location: Primarily in office and at appointments
