Litigation Associate Attorney

The Loch Group is assisting an AmLaw firm in Seattle in its search for a Litigation Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will work on complex commercial matters, including construction, product liability, personal injury, and tort disputes. The Hiring Partner is looking for a diligent worker who can handle significant responsibility while working collaboratively with other team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Must have superior research and writing skills.
• Experience conducting/defending depositions, arguing motions in state and federal courts, and assisting in trial prep is strongly preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington.
