Position Requirements: - Experience Level: 4-6 years in commercial litigation, ideally with exposure to real estate litigation. - Desired Skills: Proven ability to draft a wide range of motions and discovery documents independently, with experience managing related hearings. - Additional Experience: Contracts and construction litigation experience is advantageous but not required. - Skills and Work Ethic: Excellent time management, a strong work ethic, and a demonstrated commitment to client service are essential.
