The Litigation Section is currently seeking a mid-level litigation associate. Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 years of commercial and/or insurance litigation experience including:
Judicial clerkship is a plus.
Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background, impeccable references, and CA Bar membership. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills are required.
