We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Fraud Law Attorney to join our New York City office. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in forensic investigations and play a pivotal role in the case development and prosecution of civil recovery actions on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead forensic investigations into insurance fraud
- Develop and prosecute civil recovery actions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough case development and strategy implementation
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong academic background
- Admission to the New York State Bar and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York
- 4 to 7 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on insurance fraud or commercial litigation
- Excellent writing skills and proficient in legal research
- Well-versed in federal practice
- Experience drafting and responding to complex motions, conducting depositions and writing and responding to discovery
- Proven ability to function effectively under time constraints
- Strong litigation experience with a capacity to be a proactive team player
- Please note: We are not looking for attorneys who worked for personal injury firms or staff counsel or municipal agencies.
