Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree
- Admission in New York State
- At least 5 years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation practice
- Strong writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Willing and able to work on deadlines
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience preparing Summary Judgment motions
- Experience preparing and following up on discovery demands and responses
- Experience both taking and defending depositions
- Exceptional organizational skills
