Robert Valadez PLLC is looking for a Litigation Associate. This position will work with a $1.8 billion client and manage their litigation cases. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for case management, client communication, problem solving, research and collaborating with the Corporate Attorney on all cases. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for assisting in all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial and appeal.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in corporate litigation and trial law preferred. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and proactively.
Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar and in good standing. 2-10 years experience preferred.
