SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an Associate for an International Arbitration Litigation practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience, including some experience working at a global law firm with a U.S. presence. A JD and admission to the New York Bar are required. This role is hybrid, requiring a regular in-office presence with work-from-home flexibility. What You'll Bring:

- Admission to the NY Bar
- 4 to 6 years' experience with at least some experience working in a global law firm with a US presence
- Meaningful arbitration experience (under the rules of any of the well-known arbitral institutions including ICC, ICDR/AAA, LCIA, SIAC, etc.) with a preference for candidates who have experience with Investor-State arbitration as well as commercial arbitration
- Experience working on general litigation matters is highly desirable with a strong preference for someone with experience in arbitration-related litigation and enforcement matters
- Strong drafting and research skills (NY or other US jurisdictions required, public international law helpful) with a proven record and ability to take ownership for work product with little oversight.
- Collegial, collaborative, growth mind-set, and a team-player is a must
- Language skills are also highly desirable (Spanish, French and Arabic given high preference) as is any demonstrated commitment to building profile, marketing and BD efforts in arbitration
