Join an international London-based firm with practice areas ranked by Chambers and Best Lawyers both nationally and regionally across the country.
Candidates should have 2-4 years experience and will work on the following types of cases: general liability, premises liability, construction, hospitality, Dram Shop, wrongful death, and transportation.
They will represent commercial real estate owners, food and beverage clients, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractor entities. They can expect to advise insurance carrier clients on complex coverage issues and develop strategies for resolution. They will also assist clients with initial coverage determinations, opinions, and counsels on risk transfer issues related to additional insured coverage/tender demands.
Candidate should be familiar with New York State Labor Law, OSHA, and NYC Administrative Code.
Billable requirement is 1900 hours. Base compensation range is approximately $130,000-$160,000. Position is fully-benefitted, and firm offers a multi-tiered, billable-based bonus structure.
