Senior Financial Services Litigation Associate

Our client, an elite top AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Financial Services Practice Group in New York City. This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a minimum of five years of experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, as well as arbitral forums.
• Draft pleadings, write briefs, and handle motion practice.
• Lead discovery efforts and oversee the day-to-day management of cases.
• Collaborate with the team to provide strategic counsel and advocacy.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of significant responsibility in litigation, including oral and written advocacy.
• Experience in securities litigation, arbitration, and/or enforcement matters is highly desirable.
• Applicants with backgrounds in government agencies are encouraged to apply.
• Must be an active member of the New York State Bar.

The expected salary range for this position is between $310,000 to $330,000.
