Experienced Business and/or Employment Litigation Attorney (Partner and/or Counsel Level)
The Glennon Law Firm, P.C., a growing boutique litigation firm, is seeking a seasoned litigation attorney with expertise in business and employment disputes to join our dynamic team in Rochester, Buffalo, or Albany, NY. We focus on complex litigation matters involving financial assets for professionals, executives, businesses, and business owners (PEBOs®). Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle litigation: Oversee cases from intake to resolution, handling all stages of litigation, including depositions, court appearances, trials, and appeals.
- Strategize and execute case plans: Develop legal strategies tailored to clients' business and personal goals, working directly with them to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Draft and review legal documents: Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and briefs while ensuring thorough legal research and analysis.
- Trial preparation: Coordinate case evidence, witness preparation, and trial strategy, handling trials and appeals with support from a team of attorneys.
- Collaborate with colleagues: Work closely with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver high-quality legal work in a team-oriented environment.
- Mentor junior attorneys: Offer guidance on case strategies, legal processes, and client management when necessary, and properly delegate assignments.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, but expected to be in the range of $165,000 – $225,000.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed to practice law in New York with 10+ years of litigation experience, particularly in business or employment disputes.
- Proven ability to manage cases from start to finish, including courtroom advocacy, depositions, and trial work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and provide strategic legal advice.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable: Comfortable using litigation technology and working in a flexible remote or hybrid environment.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality legal work.
- Experience with trust & estate litigation or high-asset matrimonial disputes is a plus but not required.
- Prior experience with large firms or as a law clerk is advantageous.
- No book of business is required, but would be considered.
