Job Title: Litigation AttorneySalary: Minimum: $149.999 + Revenue Sharing Salary: Maximum: $150.000 + Revenue Sharing Shift: 9:00 am to 5:00 pmPridestaff is a leading legal and professional staffing agency.   • Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including trials and appeals.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memos.
  • Gather evidence and interview witnesses to prepare for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve issues without going to trial whenever possible.
Skills Required:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in New York State.
  • Minimum 10 or more years of experience pleadings to trial in state Supreme Court or federal courts.
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to research and draft motions in complex real estate litigation cases Real Estate litigation experience is a plus.
