Litigation Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a full-time, contract role for approximately 3 months. If you are a Tennessee licensed Attorney who is on the market for a temporary opportunity, please apply today!

Qualifications:

• JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in the State of Tennessee
• Minimum of 5 years of insurance defense and/or civil litigation experience, preferred
• Drafting legal pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs and opinions
• Researching laws applicable to cases
• Conducting settlement negotiations, hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with file management systems and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
