Specifically, we are interested in candidates for our Prairie Village location to litigate in specifically product liability, with a variety of other practice areas, including toxic tort, class-action and mass tort, and medical malpractice. Experience and Skills The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings. Trial and appellate experience are also valued. Possessing excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills.
