FLB Next Recruit Group is assisting one of our clients who is in search for their next seasoned Litigation Counsel for their New York office. This position is ideal for a highly skilled litigator who thrives on complex, high-stakes commercial litigation and enjoys a broad scope of legal challenges in areas such as securities and antitrust law.

Responsibilities:

As Litigation Counsel, you will lead and manage sophisticated commercial litigation cases, crafting and executing strategic approaches in securities and antitrust matters. You'll work on all phases of litigation, including drafting briefs, conducting depositions, and delivering compelling oral arguments. This role also involves close client collaboration to provide strategic counsel on litigation risks and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, specifically within securities and antitrust law.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials and commitment to client service.
