RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft cover letters and other correspondence related to litigation matters.
- Maintain organization, management, and updates to client files/pleadings electronically and on paper.
- Index and summarize documents and depositions.
- Basic legal and factual research.
- Provide discovery and substantive motion support, such as drafting and preparing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree or Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Proficient in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word & Excel, and ADOBE Acrobat Professional
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
