Job Description Litigation Paralegal About Us : Gpac has partnered with a local firm dedicated to advocating for clients in complex litigation cases. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our growing practice. Position Overview: The firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with 3-7 years of experience to assist attorneys with all stages of litigation, including trial preparation, research, and document drafting. Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings.
- Manage case files, documents, and client correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Experience in complex litigation is a plus.
