Litigation Paralegal
: Job Details :

Clearwater law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of litigation exp. and is also NALA Certified or is a Florida Registered Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, scheduling and maintaining case files. Probate litigation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Legal research
• Assist with case management
• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Coordinate and schedule calendars

Qualifications

• Nala Certified or FRP
• 5+ years' as Litigation Paralegal
• Ability to work well in a team environment
