Join our team at Bogoraz Law Group as a Litigation Paralegal with a focus on N.Y. Labor Law cases. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide support to our legal team in a fast-paced and expanding environment. Job Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with drafting pleadings invloving N.Y. Labor Law / Construction personal injury actions. Assist attorneys with discovery responses invloving N.Y. Labor Law / Construction personal injury actions. Assist attorneys with drafting motions invloving N.Y. Labor Law / Construction personal injury actions. Coordinate and schedule depositions and other legal proceedings Handle administrative tasks such as organizing case files and managing calendars Job Requirements: Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience in Labor Law cases. Knowledge of N.Y. Labor Law personal injury actions.
