They seek seasoned litigators with a proven track record in bet-the-company cases, demonstrating proficiency in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.

• Lead and manage high-stakes litigation matters, representing clients in state and federal courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Develop and maintain a strong book of business, cultivating and expanding client relationships within the litigation practice.
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy to clients, delivering efficient and effective legal solutions tailored to their needs and objectives.
