Glenmont Group's client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Support Manager to join their Litigation Support Services Department.This remote role requires occasional travel to one of the firm's offices in New York City, Washington, DC, or San Francisco.The Litigation Support Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating a firm-wide team of litigation support analysts and professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective support for the firm's litigation matters. This individual will work closely with the Director of Litigation Support Services and other firm leaders to develop strategies, streamline workflows, and enhance litigation support operations.Responsibilities:
- Oversee firm-wide litigation support staff, ensuring high performance, policy compliance, and equitable workload distribution.
- Identify, support, and manage litigation support tools, including document review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix Discover) and case management systems.
- Coordinate staffing, training, and development of litigation support teams; make staffing recommendations in collaboration with the Director of Litigation Support Services.
- Manage vendor relationships and navigate complex case requirements with external service providers for collection, processing, hosting, and production.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on litigation technology trends and implement standardized workflows and procedures to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:NOTE: Must have law firm work experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; minimum 5 years of experience in litigation support management within an AmLaw 100 firm or top-tier litigation support provider.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience with strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with document review tools, eDiscovery processes, and familiarity with transcript and case management systems.
- Ability to propose effective solutions for complex cases, manage budgets, and monitor project costs, productivity, and performance.
- Excellent technical writing, communication skills, and prior trial experience (preferred).
Salary Range: $176,000 - $247,500
