- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs effectively.
- Manage discovery processes, including document review and preparation.
- Assist in case management, handling multiple cases simultaneously and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on complex litigation matters.
- Work on a diverse range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, securities litigation, intellectual property matters, and regulatory investigations.
- Provide strategic advice to clients and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in general commercial litigation preferred.
- Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
