The Little Bricks Team Leader (LBTL) is responsible for ensuring world-class customer service and a safe, engaging environment for members, guests, and the children in Little Bricks. This role is essential in upholding our brand promise of Helping Members Feel Comfortable, particularly by providing parents with peace of mind while their children are cared for. The LBTL is tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Little Bricks area, while leading the execution of programs, activities, and company policies.
Key responsibilities include anticipating member needs, exceeding expectations, and fostering an environment that creates raving fans of our brand. As a collaborative member of the leadership team, the LBTL works closely with other departments under the guidance of the General Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of our services.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Ensure the Little Brick's team consistently delivers world-class customer service to both members and the children in Little Bricks, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
* Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a safe and secure environment for children and building trust with parents.
* Develop and oversee engaging activities, crafts, and programs that entertain and educate the children, while encouraging interaction between parents and team members to strengthen relationships.
* Collaborate with other club departments to maintain smooth operations and support overall club performance, stepping in to assist as needed across different areas.
* Act as a role model for team members, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to the core values of Brick Bodies.
* Proactively identify and anticipate member needs, resolving any issues promptly to exceed expectations and contribute to creating raving fans.
* Maintain a clean and organized Little Bricks area, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards at all times.
* Participate in training, development, and performance management to ensure the team is well-equipped to deliver world class service and uphold company standards.
* Flexibility is essential; team members are expected to support various club functions as necessary, including tasks not explicitly listed here, to meet fluctuating club demands.

Qualifications
Previous experience with supervising small children. Current CPR/AED certification!!
